yeah thats quite unsettling, not the same mood of the one i remember though, it was very immersive and dark. I *think* its a fairly close up portrait. But yeah, any suggestions welcome, ive enjoyed this thread as i know sod all about painting

The first painting that struck me when I saw it in Beaubourg.
I was young.
I'd rather have a go at Bouguereau now.
