-Increase mental clarity and awareness through practices of meditation (good call ihateyouth)
-Liberation of mind through Buddhist studies
-Liberation of having "Kids in America" stuck in my head since I just played Rock Band
-Read, read, and read. Every year I regret not being avid about reading
