You need to RUN. Well, maybe walk at first - but get out into the fresh air. Exercise really does give you a boost to keep with it. Also, remember the reasons you gave up.
Smoking is not cool. My great uncle can't take a shower without having a rest half-way through. He fucked his life smoking cigarettes. You're young enough to reverse the damage already done.
My uncle just died at 52. Lung and liver cancer. Died 6 weeks after finding out. He smoked less than you did. Probably drank more mind
