Just bought some Puerto Rican Black yesterday actually. This coffeehouse buys the beans green, roasts them in the morning for later sales. Freshest stuff ever.
Ethiopian Harrar with it's fruity subtleties is amazing.
When I was a barista, I was introduced to the coffee flavor wheel. We would be given a 'mystery coffee' and assign flavors to it and then match them to see the general characteristics the coffee has to see how close we are. Check it out :
