i think it is a result of women holding the choice of who and when to fuck. men camn just attempt/offer/put it out there, buyt it is the women who choose to do it or not (for the most part)
I think this makes men hornier. a woman in a relationship, and most of the time out of a relationship, can get sex when she wants it.
not counting prostitues, most men do not have that sex "security"
