it depends man if you want a career or a way to support your art

the thing is that your job is simple, you can do it with your eyes closed, pays sufficient for you to save a wad of money, so you can go home and make music and movies & do whatever without further worries.

if you get involved in a "career" however, the thing is bound to eat up more of your brainspace, potentially paying you more money but leaving little space for music, movies, vaseline fingers, etc. you can definitely do it but there is a cost.
