Good question. From what I saw in Boogie Nights, which I think was probably pretty right on - it would be being good at
something.
Having genitalia that can keep going is really not much of a remarkable thing, and I'm sure there are people all over the world who have it but don't bother to center their lives around it. Those who do, do so for the most part, because there is nothing else for them to do.
