no, the point with Snoop is not just that public opinions adapt, but that evolving public opinions and pop culture both influence and also reflect public morality. People rejected Heroin for moral reasons, just as they initially rejected gangster rap music.. but by the 70s the mass exposure of mainstream america to drug use rationally expanded their morality through realism.. the same is true with gangsters who are today the cowboys of 21st century Americana.
