This is a complete double standard bulshit of course, and I hate it, but it is the truth.
the sad part is that most lawyers stay up all night at classy wine bars and lounges doing cocaine til 4 AM. but as long as they are dressed in a $4000 suit in the morning, the clients are happy.


yeah. my best friend from school is now a lawyer and his lawyer chums get through enough coke to pay all wages of the hired thugs in the escobar cartel, but then in his office they have a casual clothing policy on fridays for which he won't wear jeans for fear of "looking like a clown". my dad is also a lawyer and if i meet him and i haven't shaved he starts worrying about losing face infront of people he knows. i don't think either of them realise how much more conservative the circles they operate in are than those that most modern humans do.
