I'm 23 and have never had a job nor do I have any skills or qualifications for any job; been sitting around doing nothing since May 2004 and been on the dole since January 2007, getting kicked around various departments and agencies and social workers and doctors of CentreLink.
Do I qualify for 'issues'?
