general diet change along with something good for core muscles like water exercise. If it is just yr stomach area and not alk over it is also possible maybe you have slight irritable bowel to something in yr current diet?
You cannot lose it without exercise and good food, just like you probably got it by eating too much crappy food and not doing enough physical activity. if you did happen to, say by lipo, it would prob come back pretty soon if you didn't change yr habbits.
