what a coincidence, my sister and nephew live in Nob Hill, its alright. Terrible place to try to find something to eat, i had to walk 3 miles to find a joint to get a bite to eat! the neighborhood as the feel of a stereotypical Portland suburb..
harrison on the other hand, is across the river on the other side of town, in the mind-boggling maze which is downtown.. good luck there, I couldn't fathom living in such a remarkbly confusing street lay-out.. its like the city planner spilled his coffee on the map, crumpled it up, threw it away, and then someone dug it out of the trash and built roads and one-ways along all the folds, stains and creases.. jesus it makes not a lik of sense!
