I usually play in the mornings anyway, because thats when Im on my own and bored... which is anywhere from 4pm to 2am CST?
I've never had a response time less than 250-300, even on oceanic servers(and theyre dead in the times I want to play anyway), so.. as long as it doesnt top 600-700.. Im fine with wherever.
