I wasn't sure how many people would still be around, and I can't remember when I last posted, so it's nice to hear from you all.

School is going very well. As of now I am planning on majoring in some branch or another of the fine arts. What I will do with such a degree is anyone's guess, can't say I'm too worried about it at the moment. I'm living in an on-campus apartment. Things are good. I'm not sure I have a lot to say. I feel like I've been in an art class bubble since August, and there's not a lot of time to spend on other hobbies. One interest that took a backseat was music listening in general. I prefer to work and study without music on, and because I mostly work or study, that leaves very little room for music. I shocked even myself by taking a one-day roadtrip to Chicago to see the Bad Seeds play. It was on a Sunday, I went with my boyfriend, I nearly fell asleep at the wheel multiple times on the way back (the driving caused us to miss two nights worth of sleep), and I managed to arrive at school just in time for my first class Monday morning. Altogether it was a fun day.

My fall break is about to start, so I'm looking forward to a week of no classes and a lot of papers to write.
