Another one that I commonly make is using chinese noodles marinated in homemade teriyaki sauce and vegetables. But the teriyaki has to be nice and thick. You can use
this recipe for the sauce. I usually don't include the vinegar or worchestershire sauce, and just put more ketchup and soy to thicken it up. Just cook noodles, make sauce, and put vegetables / diced tofu in it. yummmmm.
