The Cavs trounced the Terps last week. And MD had been favored by two touchdowns. I was able to get a couple of free tickets and it was a night game, so I went.
In the NFL, the Chargers are experiencing some less than pleasant results after being predicted by many to win it all this season.
And in MLB, the Mets didn't even make it to a wild card despite being loaded with talent, and for a time, so far ahead of the rest.
I really thought that the Bengals were going to be pretty good last year, afterthefact. They seem to be going downhill now though. Palmer is hurt or playing injured a lot. He doesn't look like he used to in games. The defense is playing, for the most part, a smidgen better, but it's just not enough. I imagine that Ocho Cinco sure wishes he had jumped ship during the last offseason.
