cheerios and rice milk for brekky
lunch - varies - today I had Pad Thai
dinner - grilled chicken or pork portion the size of my palm marinated in whatever I feel like - just throw it on the George Foreman - and the rest of my plate is filled with veggies - I take frozen broccoli, cauliflower, or mixed and cook em and toss em with olive oil and seasoning.
