if you stop eating alltogether, your body will do it's best to preserve everything it has and it will take a while before you start losing weight. plus it's always better to get the stuff you need from your food, and not from pills. i have been taking extra vitamins for a while now and can't wait to stop, i'm 'learning' to keep up a healthy vegetarian diet.... lost some weight too, now my eating habits changed. usually, i have:
breakfast: a bowl of muesli with low-fat yoghurt and an apple or pear
lunch: whole grain bread with cheese and a bit of soy butter, a piece of fruit
dinner: always different, but always a combination of vegetables with pasta, rice or potatoes and beans, peas or nuts if necessary. i hardly ever eat stuff like tofu.
snacks: usually some nutmix or fruit, sometimes cookies too.
i'm told to eat more vegetal fat, that's why i put soy-based butter on my bread.
