It doesn't get much funnier than that.
well, you may remember my recent diatribe concerning the underrated genius of Steve Martin. Too bad he hasn't been funny in the movies for so long. Personally, I feel his vintage stand-up is the best, even moreso than Richard Pryor's premium material.
Added Linklater's Waking Life...not wholly novel, but novel for a major motion picture. Time will tell if it's really ahead of its time or not, I suppose.
