Paranoid Park

I really enjoyed this. Watching Gus Van Sant's other movies, they always seem like something I'd REALLY like on paper, but his other movies have always left me with a sense of unfulfillment. This movie did throw out that feeling of unfulfillment and supplied me with a fresh taste of what Van Sant can REALLY do. Though it was shot in his typical art school type direction, I did feel that he tried to actually make it emotionally connecting and relatable which was really the film's strong point. I'm definitely going to watch this a few more times and see if I get bored with it.
