me and my g/f have been eating very healthy and excercising for the past 10+ weeks. we have been very diligent and we feel better and look better. Now, I have lost over 3 inches on my waist, and fit into shirts that I have not fit into in years. I bought some new clothes and was very happy to see that I could find clothes that fit me better than 10 weeks ago.
HOWEVER
I have not lost any WEIGHT.
I weighed myself two days ago and still weigh as much as I did before the diet. How can that be? I am not gaining in muscle, no more than what I already had. strange shit the body.
