I've got a sackful of vicodin, hydromorphone (dilaudid) and percocets. I only do them occasionally and they're very therapeutic. More than the pain killing effect I LOVE the euphoria.
Pot makes me all anxious and too intense, the intial 'up' off opiates is sorta like a pot rush without the heebeegeebies. So for about 4-5 hours the buzz is great, then the comedown and sleep.
