Imagine this, Americans :

I want to buy an apartment, right? The property and housing prices here in my town are just astronomical. I went to see this apartment yesterday and this is what I've found out:

- A livingroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom
- 52 square meters, no balcony
- partially reconstructed, needs a lot of work (and further investments)
- situated in a suburb really REALLY far from the city center (about 45minute bus ride)
- located on the 6th floor of a huge-ass apartment building
- and now comes the funny part: the price is 3.000.000 SKK, which stands for about $157.900 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fuck me running, this is unbearable. Bratislava surely belongs to the most expensive cities in Europe these days.
