and the word freedom didn't even exist

there was and still is this billion year old planet with natural cycels,
were we still walk on today

step 2

imagine that you walk trough the woods and the is a large screen and all the imformation you leard from school, tv , all that peoples have invented, during the 5000 years
you bring it out of your head and put it on that screen, then you would have a free mind
be more aware of were you are, what you're doing and what happend on the planet
and ofcourse you can use the information of what you are intersested in for your own growproces to become more human

(tv, the difficult part of the proces, there is a lot of subliminal brainwashing
and example
over the last years there's been a lot of stigmatising on fat peoples for selling exercise products or fat reducing pills ect..
it creates unfriendy atmosphere's, and if i see 'fat peoples walking on the street, they feel unconfortable by these stigmatising all the time on tv
when i was young i use to have a lot of fun and laugh with fat and skinny peoples, fat or skinny peoples did not exist, untill these commercials came on tv. you see it does has it effects on everyone
no one forced me to wach tv, but i'm now more aware what influence it can have on me and other peoples
and it's my own responsebility to keep my brains free from garbige and stay open )
