most of those people are too highly indoctrinated to do anything other than what they are told to do by their superiors. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing. how else can one allow themself to charge toward the mouth of death so willingly?
the sad thing is, that
the rest of the people are too poorly trained to carry out any kind of organized actions.
I lived in LA during the riots, and the only thing I could think was "they're doing it wrong".
