I've heard that the new (Boeing I think) jetliners have lighting that matches your destination and that it's supposed to cut down on the jet lag.
also, apparently if you place a fluorescent light at the back of your knee while you are on the plane (yeah right who does that) it apparently prevents lag.
for now, sleep it off Tex.
