It kinda looks like he did give up.
The whole college thing- It's also probably safe to let this one go; He's responded about 15 times with you asking and he's never once answered. I doubt any reasonable person (if they're still here) actually believes he has one anymore, so while he hasn't admitted it per se, you've gotten that point across.
Eh, I dunno Chris... the facts are on your side on this one (no one's really questioned that, other than rice); why not let it peter out now that it's fairly clear, and that everyone besides the assorted instigators (and I'm including myself, so I don't want any histrionics from Atari or dense prose from Glice...) is gone?
