thats a seriously bad idea to legalize hard drugs, that stuff can kill people, especially tourists that haven't done it before. What happens when they go home to other countries addicted to heroin? robberies? burglary? murders?
I have no problem with legal weed, shrooms and maybe lsd but heroin? that's fucked up
