Some samples

John Cage- Known as "the father of noise" to his devoted followers, ironically this post-modern "composer"'s most well know work is titled 4"33', which was nothing more than four minutes and thirty three seconds of silence! While this may seem like it
would be pleasant to listen to, compared with most of the sonic garbage of his offspring, who could consider it to be music, much less by a Composer? A more
careful look into the title reveals something interesting: there are four hundred and thirty three active ingredients in the drug marijuana. (the phrase 420, used by many pot heads, was based on a study of the drug before the Harrison Drug Act of 1916, in
which only four hundred twenty active ingredients were found. Later, 13 more were discovered). Cage was also an avid mushroom collector, coincidentally psychedelic mushrooms are another popular escape for drug users! Ironically, Cage's life can be used as a potent object lesson for the escapist noise fan, he died of a drug overdose, and his life, turned out, to be a Cage.

Wolf Eyes- This band next to Lightning Bolt is the most popular current Noise band involved in the conspiracy. In 2004 Wolf Eyes signed a major label deal with Sub-Pop Records, whom poses as an independent label, the Sub-Pop label was responsible for bringing the band Nirvana to the mainstream in the 90's. This is proof that this current wave is no longer a passing fad, and with this new platform for exposure Wolf Eyes has preached nihilism, alcohol abuse, abrasive noise and graphic displays of violence and death (one album covers pictures a young girl with a knife thru her face) While some of Wolf Eyes music walks the line of industrial (like Nine Inch Nails or Throbbing Gristle) most of it is completely unlistenable garbage. They manically tour around the world playing their brand of rebellion at extremely loud volumes and encourage there fans to break laws and assault the police. One look at their "song" titles says it all: Stabbed in the Face, Human Slaughterhouse, Sandpapered Eyes... etc. Wolf Eyes is dangerous because it attracts fans from metal, punk, industrail, and even jazz. They have collaberated with the likes of: Free Jazz degenerate Anthony Braxton, Sonic Youth, so-called party rocker Andrew WK and others directly involved in this Conspiracy.

Lightning Bolt: While this band primarily plays classic progressive rock (Like Rush) it does incorporate noise elements in its music. But the real danger occurs when they play live, their music is played at ear splitting volumes, using huge stadium styled amplifiers in small packed clubs. They encourage the audience to go deaf and feel the music, the drummer is deaf because of the extreme volume they play at. This band is dangerous because unlike most ‘industrial' influenced noise bands, they entice young audiences with a indy rock attitude and friendly guy nice look. Also what is dangerous and unique with Lightning Bolt is that they are straight-edged, which means that they don't do drugs, smoke, eat sugar, or engage in pre-marital sex. Because of these unique elements they are pushing the noise agenda to a different audience, but the goals remain the same: destruction of the natural order.

RADIOHEAD: a lot of people keep asking why i included them into this list, but they are what i consider a 'gateway band', my son was started out by listening to Radiohead. By presenting a plastic commercialized pop product this act has effortlessly slipped under the radar of a lot of watchdog groups. They use alot electronic noise and noise imagery within compositions and it may on the surface seem harmless. If your child only has pop records and a Radiohead record, it might not be too late to save them.... please remove Radiohead CDs from their music collection.

I should tell them they forgot Sonic Youth and Einsturzende Neubauten.
