just buy one of those "how to lose weight" books and do everything opposite of what they're saying, i.e.
- eat at irregular times
- take more snacks and in-betweens
- drink more alcohol
- eat less fruit
- take the elevator instead of the stairs
- don't cook healthy, but get take-away and microwave food every night
etc..
