Just about this time of year back in 83, I went to a Lamar Cardinal NCAA basketball game with my friend and his dad at the Civic Center here in Beaumont. Just after halftime (would never leave at halftime hoping our seat number would be called to go shoot the half-court shot) I returned with some cheap sports event nachos. As I made my way down the isle, I dripped nacho cheese on the lap of each person I walked passed. My friends dad was some embarrassed as he had to sit with these same people every home game......but he got a big kick out of it and it's still good for a laugh every time I get around cheese

Wow. This time of year in 83 I was just coming home from the hospital due to being born. Not trying to make you feel old, it just makes me feel like a little unexperienced kid...
