Yeah. Arena shows are about as worthwhile as shows in aircraft hangars. (That is.. not.) There are a few "bigger" bands that I like that I actively wish bad sales figures upon just so the only opportunity I get to see them won't be at somewhere like the fucking London Arena...

REM, for example. Loved them since I was little, but I'm SO GLAD they don't sell well anymore. 1995- Milton Keynes Bowl, 1998- Earl's Court, 2003-Brixton Academy, 2005-Hammersmith Apollo.. they're gradually climbing back down the ladder. Give them a few years they'll be back at the 12 Bar Club where they belong.
