My neighbors like to leave their 9,000,000 watt front light on all night long every night, and it's on the side of the house we sleep on.
Still, we make a lot of noise, so I don't complain too much. My other neighbor is cool. I have no desire to go to war with my neighbors. My bandmate recently had to move because the woman who lived below him was a complete psycho and drove him out of there.
