Did you ever see the episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry gets into trouble because he asks if someone who has Parkinson's has the "good Parkinson's" or the "bad Parkinson's?"
All Larry meant is that there are varying degrees of severity with Parkinson's disease, but he expressed himself clumsily owing to his directness and it leads to a humorous controversy.
