You could put PDF files on the site or blog. Let people print it out themselves. Also, if you're planning on printing anyway, China is by far the cheapest place to get it done. Even with transport costs and import duties, it'll come out cheaper than anywhere else. I have a few friends that get work done there and the quality is good and fast.
