well don't do it by yourself, because you'll behave in this way like if you're going to jump out the window, you're going to jump out the fucking window. at least get a trip sitter or something. once i started freaking out because i thought i was on fire and i kept getting in the shower with all my clothes on to try and extinguish myself...
