Cognitively, Joe Biden performed much better than I expected. Joe managed to keep his regular difficulties tucked away. Of course, as I heard one post debate moderator state, “Donald Trump wouldn’t shut up long enough to give Biden the opportunity to fumble the ball on the one yard line.”
