You must be so confused in the USA. On one hand, some are warning of the crisis still to come, and the sustained actions that must be taken to flatten the curve. On the other hand, Trump is seen signing papers in crowds huddled together, and is droning on about re-opening the economy really soon. These mixed messages, not to mention the constant lies, will cost lives.
