really great series of short docu's on Netflick, "Flavorful Origins". Obscure Chinese cuisine, from growing or harvesting the food to some minor recipes, not a cooking show, per se, just a homage to old school Chinese cookery, eg 3o year old preserved radish, seaweed use, marinated crab, etc. Really high production values, great cinematography, just a great length of only like 10 minutes for each episode.
