NPR is making out like the children are being processed into some vague and unknown foster system by HHS and DHS - which is just another way for the kids to get trafficked - this is the worst situation possible, or as bad as the gangs in Honduras that now have free reign forcing your kid into prostitution, thanks to the criminal enterprise that took over the country through a US approved coup, under Obama and while H.
