So far Israel has killed around 310 Lebanese - the vast majority of them civilians. In fact from the reports I've read they have yet to reach double figures for the amount of hezbollah fighters they have killed.

Hezbollah does not release its casualty lists. There are reports of heavy ground fighting along the border, with 2 IDF soldiers killed.
