It does, because in Los Angeles county as a whole, the police kill 100 people a year, about 30-40 are unarmed (!!) however in my direct neighborhood police-related shootings are quite rare, though we've had two police related fatalities in the past 5 days
Well Mitt, at least we could agree on this one, less government would be quite appropriate in this instance..
