galactic winds gently whirl the pinwheels, bend willows
attract solar energies, flutter moon beam photons
talking drums and entwined ferns
doormice and youth forming new bands, every few weeks
called to make merengue the hegemonies
gnarled trees in embrace with thickancient plasters
who's in charge from the hereafter? when time is threaded both previously
and in the moments, and in acts of preservation
if gentleness and conscious forethought do remain unsworn, underworn?
bliss is different for all but shared in out of reach pools remaining full and able
undetectable showers replenishing after traversing a planet
at night our sense organs seem to become sailors
sometimes during the day feel invested as mountain climbers
no more gutty strings but a murmuration of all-revived gutty feelings
waves form behind us and then come to rest in our minds
somewhere now, somehow, to continue
