I thought that sounded to good to be true
I probably could have gotten a scholarship to a university if I had applied myself more. Or if I did not decide to marry early but that's my own decisions. It took me 10 yrs to get my AS in design. I just took a few classes at a time and popped out some kids. I need a BA in this field simply because everyone here has one and it scores major points on resumes. I don't stand a chance in hell. Mostly because of this economy. It is not a "needed" field. Lots of lay offs and firms going under leaving 100s of other designers with more qualifications waiting for the same jobs I am.
