First off her time wasn't up some idiot with a gun decided it was up and pulled the trigger. If you believe in a God do you really think that was in his great plan to kill a 21 year old with a gun?
If they put stricter limits on the number of bullets then everyone has to reload not just the cops. Just think the perp just might think twice while he's reloading. Even the police who act like cowboys you know the ones that can't wait to pull their guns might think twice. Don't be so naive to think that the industry if they had to couldn't make tamper proof weapons. It's just that the majority of gun owners want as many bullets in the chamber as they can possibly get so the industry does nothing but satisfy them.
