Last time I looked Boston was in the Northeast and believe me Boston is one of the most racist cities in America. The majority of White folks here in Mass. either hate black outright or fear them because they stereo type them as drug using thieves. One of my proudest days as a parent was when my youngest daughter was 6 years old and asked me if her friend Mary could come over for a visit and lo and behold Mary was black. I was so happy that I hadn't handed down the prejudices of my forefathers. I never heard my Dad or Mom talk down about black people but they also didn't have any black friends.
