well, logging out and in seemed to stop me from spamming everyone else with it. plus I don't have MSN. All my friends have AIM, so I just kind of have to get it too.

1)ctrl+alt+delete
2)Task Manager
3)Processes
4)Find a process like msnworm.exe or something lame and obvious like that and end it.
5)Finally, search for it in your computer and delete it.
