it goes like this
there is an asylum gonna call it 'THE PAM ASYLUM'

this goes for the protection of the population of systems vieuw wich can damage the freedom of the population

this goes by that the people don't know who watches them
and bring that fear/prevention in balance

systems can be tapped and information can sold and get into the wrong hands

from there i thought this goes for the people who have those functions of watching people, camera observers ect.

there can always be wrong people or people who go insaine
or people with other idea's , planmakers ect

they go to the 'PAM ASYLUM'
