Going to Istanbul

I'll be visiting Istanbul from March, 5th to March, 9th.

Anything I shouldn't miss (concerts, exhibitions)?
Any places I definitely should see? Nothing's "too obvious" for me, by the way.

I did some research and learned that the "Peyote" could be worth an attendance, music-wise. Any other suggestions?

You must try the balik ekmek: sandwiches made with freshly caught fish. Some of the best street food I've ever tasted. Amazing stuff. Buy two at a time.
