The Mighty Boosh

Absolutely Brilliant. Especially the radio series.

porkmarras 07.07.2006 11:44 AM

Here's something at least we agree on.

Lurker 07.07.2006 11:45 AM

Yay!

Lurker 07.07.2006 11:46 AM

hehe

The Mighty Boosh is quite possibly the funniest thing ever written for television.

There's a lot of good clips on youtube (and whole episodes) and the dvd releases very good too.

The tundra rap sequence is one of the series' stand-out moments, but there are many more. Every episode is a classic.

Lurker 07.07.2006 11:50 AM

Have you heard the radio series? If not you really should, It's really good, seems like a lot of it is improvised which is cool.

The variables vary too much, and the constants aren't as constant as they seem.

I find this quite funny

porkmarras 07.07.2006 11:51 AM

I wonder if you guys have watched 'Human Remains'.That is the creepiest, funniest, most genius-like thing i have ever watched on english tv(together with Jam etc etc)

Lurker 07.07.2006 11:53 AM

No I havn't. What about The League of Gentlemen? Or Monkey Dust?

Hip Priest 07.07.2006 11:53 AM

I have heard the radio series, a few times. Every now and again, it's put on the BBC7 website 'Listen Again' list. There's always good stuff on that list, actually, but rarely as funny as Boosh.

I read it years ago in a book - I think it was RObert Anton Wilson's Schroedinger's Cat Trilogy.

One of the most amazing works of sight and sound to come from the tv

o'connor 05.09.2008 04:00 PM

i'm old greg!

radarmaker 05.09.2008 04:00 PM

Not that funny really. Nowhere near as clever, kooky or ker-azey as it thinks it is. Still better than 90-odd percent of shit on the moron-box. Not fit to cleanse Peep Show's arsehole with it's tongue. The end.

Kina 05.09.2008 05:31 PM

I want to see them live but they're not coming to aus :(
